Asa has a kind and clear presence as a teacher. She has an inquiring mind, and will encourage you to be curious as you begin your Qigong adventure; the technique will offer you insight into your own mind, body, emotions and spirit, but with a focus always on our place as part of the greater 'oneness'.
For me, the benefits of regular practice have included improved physical strength, balance and coordination, and the excitement of learning a system of thought and movement that was unfamiliar to me, but which has become a comfort and an inspiration.
