My name is Åsa Resén and I was introduced to Zhineng Qigong a few years ago. After participating in a six week course to learn level 1, Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down, finding it enjoyable and beneficial, I started to practice regularly at home.
With Corona virus and the lockdowns that followed, suddenly my busy life changed, and I found myself having more time. This opened the opportunity to participate in Zoom classes from China, which deepened my practice and understanding.
When my personal circumstances changed with my family moving to Scotland, I left behind a business and customers of 20 years. Around this time, I came across a 1-year intensive teacher training course with the XI'AN Centre in China and I decided to take it on. The training has recently been completed and I have started sharing some of the knowledge gained. I hope that you will join me on my journey of Zhineng Qigong, learning together.
